Analysis of the reasons why the thawing machine cannot start
1、 Is the refrigeration compressor starting normally
1. Is the drive belt broken or loose? If the drive belt is too loose, it will slip, accelerate wear, and fail to transmit power.
2. Is there any noise inside the compressor.
Possible reason: The noise may be caused by damaged internal components, and internal wear cannot effectively compress.

2、 Reasons for condenser and fan
1. Is the condenser heat sink covered with dust
Possible reason: If the condenser fins are covered with dust, the efficiency of the condenser will be greatly reduced.
2. Check if the condenser fan is running properly.
3、 Operation status of condenser fan
Note: Keep the fan running at "low, medium, and high" speeds. If there is any abnormal noise or poor operation of the motor, it should be repaired or replaced, otherwise the air supply flow will be insufficient.
4、 Inspection of refrigerant liquid volume
1. If a large number of bubbles are seen through the observation window, it indicates that the refrigerant is insufficient. If water is poured into the condenser to cool it, no foam can be seen in the observation window, it indicates that the refrigerant is excessive.
2. Check for oil stains at the connections and seams of each device
Possible cause: Oil stains at the connection or joint indicate refrigerant leakage, and the relevant parts should be re reinforced or replaced. (Leak detector can be used to detect leaks)
5、 Is the HVAC valve or thermal control windshield closed, and are other windshield adjustments functioning properly
(Note: If the compression clutch cannot be engaged, the blower fan cannot operate, the condenser fan cannot operate, etc., the relevant electrical system should be checked first, such as relays, sensors, circuit open circuits or short circuits, control units, etc.).
6、 Instrument detection method
This method uses a complete set of snow pressure gauges to locate the fault location. Firstly, close the high and low pressure switches of the pressure gauge. In the shutdown state, connect the refrigerant filling hose to the corresponding maintenance valve of the compressor, and use the refrigerant pressure in the refrigeration device to discharge the air in the hose. At this time, the readings at the high and low pressure ends should be in a balanced state (about 6kg/cm2). Start the engine and maintain it at 150rpm, set the blower speed to the highest gear, set the cold air to the maximum position, and put it in the "recirculation" state. The normal reading is:
7、 Low voltage end and high voltage end
R-134a 1.5-2.5kg/cm2 14-16kg/cm2
R-12 1.5-2.0kg/cm2 13-15kg/cm2
1. The readings on the high-pressure and low-pressure gauges are lower than the standard value, and bubbles can be seen through the observation hole.
Reason: Air leakage in the refrigeration cycle; The refrigerant is not replenished regularly.
Solution: Use a leak detector to detect leaks, repair them, and replenish refrigerant.
2. The low-pressure side pressure gauge indicates negative pressure, while the high-pressure side indicates lower than normal. There is a temperature difference between the front and rear pipelines of the storage tank/dryer, and in severe cases, there may be frost on the rear pipeline of the storage tank/dryer.
Reason: Blockage of expansion valve or low-pressure pipeline, blockage of storage tank/dryer or high-pressure pipeline; The pressure bubble of the expansion valve is leaking, and the needle valve is completely closed.
