The workflow of freeze-drying machine
The main workflow of a freeze dryer includes the following steps:
1. Preprocess items and prepare material tray: Preprocess the items to be freeze-dried according to the requirements, and place the preprocessed items in the material tray.
2. Place material tray: Place the material tray with the items placed in it into the freeze-drying rack, usually multiple layers of material trays can be placed at once.
3. Set parameters and start freeze-drying program: Set the freeze-drying parameters according to the requirements of the freeze-dried item, such as freeze-drying time and temperature, and start the freeze-drying program.
4. Freezing stage: The freeze dryer starts running and will first enter the freezing stage. At this stage, the freeze dryer rapidly freezes the items in the material tray through the cooling system, turning the internal moisture into solid ice crystals.
5. Sublimation drying stage: After freezing is completed, the freeze dryer enters the sublimation drying stage. At this stage, the freeze dryer directly converts the ice crystals in the material tray into gas through the vacuum system and heating system, thereby achieving the purpose of dehydration.
6. Termination stage: When all items in the material tray have completed sublimation drying, the freeze dryer enters the termination stage. At this point, the freeze-drying machine stops running and releases the internal air to restore the items in the material tray to their normal environmental state.
