Function and principle of atmospheric pressure low oxygen insecticide sterilization storage warehouse
Feature Introduction
According to the results of the "National Survey on Corrosion Losses of Cultural Relics in Collections", due to the long-term impact of environmental and human factors, as well as the fragility and aging of cultural relics themselves, the situation of cultural relic corrosion losses is very severe. According to statistics, 50.66% of the cultural relics in the collection have varying degrees of corrosion and damage, with over 2 million (16.5%) of them being severely corroded. Among them, there are more than 3000 first-class cultural relics, over 120000 second-class cultural relics, and over 300000 third class cultural relics.
Working Principle
1. Working principle: Low oxygen insecticidal technology uses clean nitrogen gas as the insecticidal gas, and reduces the oxygen content in the airtight insecticidal container to isolate the oxygen source that insects rely on for survival and achieve the goal of pest control. Compared to traditional chemical fumigation insecticides, it has the characteristics of no chemical residues, no damage to collectibles, and is non-toxic and environmentally friendly.
2. System composition: The low oxygen insecticidal system consists of a low oxygen gas generation device, an airtight insecticidal container, etc. It can be optionally equipped with humidity control and dosing modules according to requirements. Among them, airtight insecticidal containers can be divided into bag type, cabinet type, tent type, warehouse type, etc. Different gas generation devices can be equipped according to the number of objects to be processed and the required insecticidal time.

3. In order to effectively address the preservation conditions of cultural relics, archives, and books in the collection, active control is carried out on oxygen, temperature, humidity, and pollutants in the cultural relics archives library and display cabinets. Experiments have shown that oxygen, humidity, temperature, and their fluctuations have a serious impact on various cultural relics, archives, and books, and should be prioritized for control.
4. Based on the needs of pest control and storage for cultural relics, a low oxygen airtight display insecticidal room with a capacity of 1-3000 cubic meters has been built. A high-purity nitrogen production display and control device is used to produce nitrogen gas with a purity of 99.99%. The isentropic humidity control technology is used to regulate the humidity, oxygen content, and other parameters in the airtight insecticidal room, creating a "low oxygen, constant humidity, stable, and clean" environment for cultural relics, causing pests to suffocate and die, and achieving the goal of insecticidal and antibacterial effects; Simultaneously serving as a display and storage function.
